Cast: Jeremy Jordan (Jack Kelly), John Dossett (Joseph Pulitzer), Kara Lindsay (Katherine Plumber), Capathia Jenkins (Medda Larkin), Ben Fankhauser (Davey), Andrew Keenan-Bolger (Crutchie), Matthew Schechter (Les)
Review: Amazing show! I am now obsessed with this show! I love the dancing! Probably the best choreography on Broadway! The cast was so energetic and so was the audience! Jeremy was amazing and his rendition of 'Santa Fe' was just beautiful! The quality is just the same as the other Sunsetblvd79's masters!

Review: Amazing show! The filming is much better here than the March video! But I think the vocals weren't as good in this show, everyone seemed tired! One of Jeremy's last shows as Jack!

Cast: Corey Cott (Jack Kelly), John Dossett (Joseph Pulitzer), Kara Lindsay (Katherine Plumber), Capathia Jenkins (Medda Larkin), Ben Fankhauser (Davey), Andrew Keenan-Bolger (Crutchie), Matthew Schechter (Les)
Review: Corey is amazing as Jack Kelly! I am on love with the rest of the cast especially Kara and Ben! Amazing filming! It ends at "Once and for All" because of battery issues! There is some spotlight washout but apart from that everything is perfect! Very steady filming (must have been on a tri-pod) with crystal clear quality! Filmed with 2 cameras!

Cast: Curt Hansen (Gabe), Emma Hunton (Natalie), Jeremy Kushnier (Dr. Madden/ Dr. Fine) Alice Ripley (Diana), Preston Sadleir (Henry), Asa Siners (Dan)
Review: I wanna start by saying Alice has the most unique singing voice that I have ever heard, it is so nasally in a good way! A magnificent and beautiful capture of the new tour cast from the first stop in LA. The cast is very solid and made it their own from any other cast. A highly enjoyable cast!
Grade: A+
Next to Normal | US National Tour | May 8, 2011 | VOB
Cast: Alice Ripley, Jason Watson (u/s Dan), Curt Hansen, Emma Hunton, Preston Sadlier, Jeremy Kushnier.
Review: Another great performance from Alice during the Tour, in which she missed a lot of shows during the Chicago stop. Jason did a terrific job as Dan and great to see him in the role. Beautiful capture with no obstructions.

Review: New leads including Arthur Darvill from Doctor Who! The whole cast was amazing, and the show was fantastic. Audio only till the beginning of Leave (when the house-lights dim), and a small blackout after Falling Slowly, but after that it is an unobstructed, steady shot and very well filmed.

The Performers | Broadway | November 11, 2012 | VOB
Cast: Jenni Barber (Sundown LeMay), Daniel Breaker (Lee), Ari Graynor (Peeps), Cheyenne Jackson (Mandrew), Alicia Silverstone (Sara), Henry Winkler (Chuck Wood)
Review: Lots of mid-stage/semi full stage shots since the action is all over the place and also there were 4 ushers sitting directly behind and next to the master. This show is hilarious! Although it is only for adults, I highly suggest this play! So sad it closed because of Hurricane Sandy!

Potted Potter: The Unauthorized Harry Potter Experience | Off-Broadway | May 23, 2012 | VOB
Cast: Daniel Clarkson, Jeff Turner
Review: All seven Harry Potter books condensed into seventy hilarious minutes. This is a full/mid stage shot since these two guys do nothing but run back and forth for the entire show but it looks just fine. Great, silly fun.

Review: Great show! Amazing cast! Lovely sets and music! Nick's body is to die for! Seriously, his abs and pecs are toned! Very different from other shows, has a contemporary twist! Filmed very well but the video isn't the sharpest of quality!

Cast: Constantine Maroulis (Drew), Amy Spanger (Sherri), James Carpinello (Stacee Jaxx), Tad Wilson (Dennis u/s), Mitchell Jarvis (Lonny), Michele Mais (Justice), Lauren Molina (Regina), Paul Schoeffler (Hertz), Wesley Taylor (Franz)
Review: Has about 8 minutes of total blackouts, mostly towards the beginning. A fun show, especially if you like 80's music. The audience was super crazy! They were loud and there were even three girls at the front who would occasionally stand up and start dancing (might have been drunk).

Cast: Sherrie (Kate Rockwell), Justin Matthew Sargent (Drew), Josephine Rose Roberts (Regina), Andre Ward (Mayor), Paul Schoeffler (Hertz), Cody Scott Lancaster (Franz)
Review: Act 1 only. Not an easy show to film, takes a few minutes to settle into it and some small blackouts in between. Otherwise unobstructed and steady. However, extreme stage left is obstructed because of the angle.

Cast: Oliver Thornton (Frank-N-Furter), Sam Attwater (Brad), Dani Harmer (Janet), Philip Franks (Narrator), Henry Davis (Rocky), Ceris Hine (Columbia), Abigail Jaye (Magenta), Kristian Lavercombe (Riff Raff)
Review: Beautiful capture of 40th Anniversary of the show. Great direction and lights, for an English tour production! The only problem with this recording is that its missing The Sword of Damocles and there's some head obstruction during Time Warp because the audience were on their feet singing and dancing along. But other than that it is complete and action well followed.

Review: Last Seattle Preview! Chester's last as Donkey. I will miss him, he was an amazing donkey. Sutton is AMAZING here! Amazing show! Including some cut songs. Not much to say, but the cast was spot on. There are some blackouts throughout the show but after the blackouts the quality is great!

Cast: Ariana Grande (Snow White), Neil Patrick Harris (The Magic Mirror), Charlene Tilton (The Wicked Queen), Curt Hansen (Prince), Jonathan Scott Meza (Muddles), David Figoli (Herman the Huntsman)
Review: Entertaining show for all ages, with a score of recognizable pop songs and hilarious broadway and pop culture references to Wicked, The Book of Mormon, How I Met Your Mother, Victorious, Dallas, and more; some heads at the bottom of the screen, but they are worked around fine, especially after the first few minutes of the first act; some short dropouts during the first part of act one, but each lasts only 15-30 seconds. Filmed in 16:9 with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. Good clear sound; nice video!

Cast: Freddy Ortega (King Arthur), Natalia Sosa (Lady of the Lake), Lisardo (Sir Galahad), Ernesto Cano (Sir Bedevere), Sergio Catalán (Sir Lancelot), Ricardo Margaleff (Sir Robin), Germán Ortega (Patsy), Enrique Madrid (Prince Herbert), Eugenio Derbez (God's Voice)
Review: Highlights that run for about an hour! Includes: Come to Me, Lake Girls Cheer, The Song That Goes Like This, Knights of the Round Table, The Song That Goes Like This (Reprise), Find Your Grail, Always Look on the Bright Side of Life, The Diva's Lament (Whatever Happened To My Part?), His Name Is Lancelot, Act II Finale and the Curtain Call! A very nice adaptation of the Broadway musical. There are some changes like "The Song That Goes Like This (Reprise)", Natalia Sosa sang two songs representatives of the city. There is one blooper in "The Song That Goes Like This" where something happened between Lisardo and Natalia Sosa and she started laughing but she was able to control it. This happened twice. The capture itself is stunning! Crystal clear!

Review: Video Features Santino Fontana This was filmed right before he was injured in previews and replaced! Also, this was shot with a head in the way that I shot around very nicely. But it is visible in certain scenes in the bottom of the screen. But still very good video.

Review: This was Kristin, Nobert and Joel's last show! Joel only came out in the curtain call due to a flu! Extremely sad day this was! Lots of crying! Idina was beyond amazing! Kristin hit the Cheno note in No One Mourns the Wicked! Nobert added some very nice riffs in Dancing Through Life! Every thing was amazing except for the quality of the video! It also has a few blackouts!

Review: This was supposed to be Idina Menzel's last show on Broadway, but she broke a rib. But she surprises everyone when she sings the Finale in a red tracksuit. Joe Mantello gives a five minute speech at the end. Great quality, but half of the curtain call is not shown. And in Popular Jennifer couldn't get the flower to stay in Shoshana's hair so she pins it to her dress!

Amazing to watch, with hardly any spotlight washout and vibrant colors, with sound patched right into the dvd. This video has no zooms so you can appreciate the amazing lighting and sets Wicked has to offer. Victoria sounds amazing in this video and Kendra rocks as Glinda! Overall an amazing capture.

Review: Amazing pro-shot video of the Thomas Jefferson Musical School production of Wicked! Includes interviews and making off. The sets are great and look almost identical to the Broadway set! Although I hated Elphaba's voice, she sounded like a man trying to pull on a girl's voice! Glinda was great! But Fiyero looked to scrawny for the part! This also contains interviews and a behind the scenes video!

Review: One of the best Wicked recordings so far. Everything is perfect except Julia is slightly sick so she didn't do the witch cackle. Besides that minor exception everything is clear and amazing. Shot from the stalls so you get a real feeling of the set! And the quality of the VOB is crystal clear as you can see in the screencap! Review: WOW! This show has some very rare Eden riffs although sometimes that might be due to the fact that she is kinda sick. Kate has her ups and downs, she can be very 'Chenoweth' but sometimes her acting is weak. Derrick is great as always! Great quality, considering it was filmed in 2006! Review: Act One plus a few minutes of Act Two before the camera was confiscated. Filmed from center of first row of mezz, so no head obstruction. A black bar sometimes appears on the bottom of the screen, but the master zooms in close on the action so it hardly ever matters. Performance-wise, this was Katie’s show. Probably the only video of her that will be made before she leaves the show, and she gives an absolutely lovely performance: funny, cute, and quirky. Ana’s voice isn’t at the level of previous Elphabas but she is a solid actress and is especially impressive on “I’m Not That Girl”. Also the first video that includes the show changes carried over from London! You can see the magical effect that the lighting gives during Defying Gravity!

Review: Great quality and a very nice performance from Carmen and Erin is fabulous as always. Another great one from the windy city with the standby for Elphaba, Carmen cusack. who gave a very solid performance. She gives a slightly different Elphaba that is very effective. Erin is in perfect for here as well as usual.

Review: Kendra was hilarious and left me unable to breathe during Popular, when Glinda is supposed to throw her wand off stage during popular Kendra doesn't throw hard enough and the wand comes back at her feet, she just picks it up and throws it again, but it is still funny!. Throughout the entire show the whole cast gave some of the best acting that I had ever seen. Great shooting and great audio!

Review: Great show! Amazing riffs! Eden sounds so young and amazing here! Megan does the high note in NOMTW and she also does an 8 second long "bridges you've crossed until you've crossed" in Thank Goodness! Dioni is a great Morrible but there is a wardrobe malfunction during the Wizards Chambers scene! Great recording but there is some spotlight washout and the quality is quite blurry due to the format! And a side note, the second act has the black bars at the top and bottom whereas the first act doesn't!

Review: The only released video of Shona! A wonderful performance from the cast! They are both terrific! Helen has improved a lot since she first started and Shona is extremely talented. Sadly the show starts from room allocations and finishes at the end of Defying Gravity, so act 1 footage and audio only and act 2 is only audio highlights of No Good Deed and For Good. Review: Great capture of a great cast! Kerry may not be my favourite but she is still a great singer with her growls. She looks so happy in the Wizard and I and her melting scene was the best I have ever seen! Dianne can be very annoying but that just adds to the Glinda effect. Review: Stunning capture of Julie's final as Elphaba in LA! She was amazing all the way around, vocal, acting, beauty. Her 'No Good Deed' was incredible, one of the best renditions ever! Natalie makes a terrific Nessa and gives lines with a different delivery, which is nice. Dioni is a very different Morrible and I really like her portrayal! Review: Great video with an electric Broadway cast. Stephanie was on top of her game and Annaleigh is always delightful. Some difficulty in opening so video is here and there during that ordeal. Some spotlight washout sometimes but beautiful color and picture. This was shot right when Stephanie returned from being on leave for an injury to her ankle I think it was? Boy, is she a powerhouse or what?? she could sing the ABC's and I'd be blown away. Annaleigh's popular is my absolute favorite and she really shines in this dvd and lets not forget David... we love him.. He gives a stellar performance as well. Just an overall wonderful capture of a wonderful cast. Also, a little blooper during "Thank Goodness" when Morrible goes off about how Glinda came to office and that whole deal. "..hence be known as Glinda the good officially" she forgets the lyric and goes off about how "you are glinda" and madness like that. All you see is Annaleigh smiling and trying her best not to laugh in the background. I laugh every time I replay it.

Review: Carmen plays a phenomenal last show, very emotional! During the flying section of Defying Gravity she starts crying and this causes her to go pitchy! Katie Rose Clarke is so funny and gorgeous. Popular is absolutely amazing with some great adlibs. Filming is good, but the video is black/obstructed during Glinda's entrance. Review: This is the video of Michelle Federer's return to Wicked! And in my opinion, she is better than ever. I am liking Dee more and more as time goes on. Her "No Good Deed" was wonderful! Erin is a doll and has improved from what I've seen and heard of her Chicago days. This one was shot from the orchestra with a mix of wide and medium shots. It has some spotlight washout during the wider shots. There are some brief blackouts, mostly in Act 1, and the video is a little fidgety up until "Dancing Through Life". There was a woman with some big hair in front for Act 1, but she doesn't block anything important for very long. She and her friends moved, so Act 2 is better than Act 1.

Review: Highlights include: The Wizard & I, Defying Gravity, Catfight, No Good Deed and For Good. Heads in the way and there is a lot of spotlight washout. No zooms so you get a feeling of the set. Jennifer was great! And the audience was very enthusiastic!

Cast: Eden Espinosa (Elphaba), Kendra Kassebaum (Glinda), Nicolas Dromard (Fiyero), Tom McGowan (The Wizard), Jody Gelb (Morrible - act 1) / Fiama Fricano (u/s Morrible - act 2), DeeDee Magno Hall (Nessarose), Etai BenShlomo (Boq), Paul Slade Smith (Dr. Dillamond)
Review: The last show ever of Eden, Kendra and Nicolas! Kendra is amazing like always, her Popular made me fall out of my seat and her acting was just so convincing! Eden looked like she was sick but still gave such an amazing show! I thought she was really the Wicked Witch of the West! No One Mourns the Wicked till the Classroom scene is only sound but when there is video, it s very clear despite some spotlight washout. And there is a very emotional For Good. Captured well, act 2 is a lot better (filmed) then act 1. There is a speech at the end during the Curtain Call by DeeDee (Nessarose).

Review: Highlights include, No Mourns the Wicked through to the end of Popular, Defying Gravity through to the Catfight Scene. I love Donna and it's so incredible to see her final performance in the role! She is so talented and her vocals are flawless as Elphaba. Awesome "As Long As You're Mine" in this show and a great "Wicked Witch Of Th East" from Brynn. Chandra's "Thank Goodness" and "Popular" were terrific in this show as well. It seems the entire cast were really giving it their all to send off Donna on a stellar note. This video is shot from the stalls with no zooms. The video and audio are very clear! Although there is a bit of spotlight washout sometimes. Only trading this gem for my wants!

Cast: Felicia Ricci (st/by Elphaba), Alli Mauzey (Glinda), Clifton Hall (Fiyero), Jody Gelb (Madame Morrible), Tom McGowan (The Wizard), Neka Zang (u/s Nessarose), Etai BenShlomo (Boq)
Review: Act 1 starts at the train station scene, Act 2 only contains Catfight until No Good Deed then For Good until the end of Curtain Call! The video only has zooms during For Good, Finale and Curtain Call! The quality is great during the zooms but when the video doesn't have zooms there is spotlight washout and lots of heads! Felicia does an amazing Defying Gravity and she does Eden's 'Fiyero' riff!

Review: Highlights include 'Defying Gravity' and 'Catfight Scene' through to the begning of the Curtain Call. Filmed on the far left, the camera doesn't capture the far right of the stage. No close-ups. There is some spotlight washout in Defying Gravity! Clear audio!

Review: Great show! Sadly this was Sarah's last week, she was such a great Glinda. Rachel did some very rare riffs such as her 'Defying' riff in Defying Gravity. Everyone was amazing in this performance! Missing One Short Day but the quality is great!

Review: Filmed from the orchestra and extremely close! Great show if you love a lot of extreme closeups. I love this VOB because it captures Carla's acting beautifully. She can go from a shy and insecure, yet happy young girl, to an evil witch, and then straight to a mature woman who's so sincere because she knows she'll be losing her friend. And her voice is amazing. One of the best understudies I've ever seen! Chandra is a hilarious Glinda, I think she is going the Megan Hilty way. She has a lot of attitude which is good for Glinda.

Review: Such an amazing show! Mariand is the best at doing the most unique facial expressions when she sings! The whole cast was amazing! Chandra was hilarious and Richard's voice is to die for, the best Fiyero ever! The quality is the same with the other Sunsetblvd79 masters but this video has some sick close-ups!

Review: Act one from room assignments till the end, Act 2 starts at "finally a day that's totally wicked witch free!". No Curtain Call. Very clear picture, little washout, but somewhat shaky especially at the beginning of each act, and some coughs. Small changes from Broadway version, "broccoli is steamed", and a small flub by Fiyero during Finale. Not to be posted on any public sites such as YouTube!

Review: Filmed from the side of the front stalls so there's quite a bit of an angle. Missing around 15 minutes of the show: (Act 1) classroom scene/something bad, (Act 2): wicked witch of the east/ballroom. Awesome close ups, some shakiness and camera wandering though, and spotlight washout on the wider shots. Zoe Jarrett's final show ever (she's brilliant), and the final matinee in Singapore. Also, the 'toss toss' in Popular is just the best I have ever seen! Not to be posted on any public sites such as YouTube!

Review: Amazing 16:9 HD capture of Charlotte's debut! The mp4 videos files are uncompressed so its extra clear! The whole cast was great! Charlotte is really good as Glinda, she was so funny in Popular! I think Rachel almost slipped in No Good Deed during her "Fiyero" riff. Some spotlight washout, good audio and there are no zooms. Highlights include: No One Mourns the Wicked, The Wizard and I, Popular, I'm Not That Girl, Defying Gravity, No Good Deed, March of the Witch Hunters and For Good.

Cast: Caroline Bowman (u/s Elphaba), Chandra Lee Schwartz (Glinda), Richard H. Blake (Fiyero), Adam Grupper (The Wizard), Jenny Fellner (Nessarose), Randy Danson (Madame Morrible)
Review: Caroline's third and last show! Amazing show! This show feels very pro shot! At the beginning there is a title (like a movie) and then pictures inside the Gershwin Theatre. The whole cast was great! Chandra was hilarious and is very bubbly! Caroline is a great Elphaba, she reminds me of Nicole Parker and Vicki Noon! Although I think she shouts sometimes! Richard is the best Fiyero of 2012 (alongside Kyle Dean Massey). Overall, this show is highly recommended. There are only little amount of blackouts at the beginning of every act.

Review: No words can explain how phenomenal this capture is! This is probably one of the best (if not the best) Wicked capture in the history of trading! It is so clear! No spotlight washout and no other obstructions! The cast made this recording even more easy to watch! Although I think Jim was sometimes kinda off in his acting and singing! Chantal's 'Popular' mad my day (there were some funny bloopers)! And Willemijn is stunning in this performance!

Cast: Jackie Burns (Elphaba), Chandra Lee Schwartz (Glinda), Kyle Dean Massey (Fiyero), Adam Grupper (The Wizard), Jenny Fellner (Nessarose), Randy Danson (Madame Morrible)
Review: Amazing show! Shot with 2 cameras! It seems like one of the cameras was being shot on a tri-pod because it was so still! The quality is amazing although there is a quite a lot of spotlight washout. It is filmed from the second row so you can see the conductor's head and the amazing set which is pretty cool! There are two beautiful ladies in front of the camera who makes watching this feel like you are in the theatre! The cast was great! Chandra had the audience cracking up! Kyle was a great Fiyero, this is the first recording of him back on Broadway! And Jackie doesn't fly in Defying Gravity which looks really cool!

Cast: Christine Dwyer (Elphaba), Jeanna De Waal (Glinda), Billy Harrigan Tighe (Fiyero)
Review: This show only includes highlights which are What is this Feeling, Popular, I'm Not that Girl, Defying Gravity, For Good and Finale. Jenna's Popular was hilarious! She made Christine stand for the toss toss and when Christine ran off stage she did a little toss as she was running. The show is shot from a balcony and you can't see the actor faces really but this production of Wicked is as good as the Broadway one! Its funny, I like to look at this production of like a little smaller toy version from the Broadway show. But its very professional. In Defying Gravity the last 'Ah' note gets cut off unfortunately.

Highlights include: Populair, Ik lach om zwaartekracht, Dit Ene Moment, Short clip from the Catfight scene, 't is Nooit Goed, Door Jou Alleen, Finale and Curtain Call. Review: This is Celine and Ferry's last show! I actually like Celine as Glinda, she makes it her own and I think her vocals are great! Ferry is also an amazing Fiyero and riffs a lot in this show and I think he is better than Jim! Amazing show as usual and the quality is yet again amazing! During the curtain call both of them got flowers! Steller vocals from Willemijn! And a very funny blooper in the Catfight scene where Ferry comes out with a broomstick instead of a gun!

Review: The best bootleg video ever! The quality is so clear, it could seriously pass as a pro-shot! This is the only time I have ever given a triple A+ to a non professionally shot video! This is now my favorite Wicked video ever! This was supposed to be Jackie Burns' last show but she got sick so Donna took over and I must say she was amazing and this was her best show ever! Alli does the high note on NOMTW but not on TG and her popular was freaking hilarious! Highly recommended!

Review: This was supposed to be Patti Murin's last show as Glinda but she couldn't make it because she was ill! Cassie made up for it though with her amazing vocals and acting skills! She does all the optional high notes which sound awesome! The fact that she is an understudy shocks me, I hope she gets lead soon! This video is filmed in 16:9 and has a mix of wide shots, close ups and medium wide shots. There is some spotlight washout in the wide shots and also some scattrered blackouts here and there.

Review: Willemijn as Elphaba is just fantastic, great vocals and acting. I used to dislike her but I love her now. Well filmed, from the orchestra and mostly unobstructed and very steady. Odd moments of wandering and spotlight washout in a few scenes, but nothing too bad. Great close-ups and wide-shots for choreography. Complete show but no curtain call!

Review: Full first act & first 3 minutes of the second act. No zoom, camera sometimes wanders off but follows the main characters at most of the time. Black-outs during 'What Is This Feeling' and 'I'm Not That Girl'. Spotlight washout. Picture is blurry until the end of 'Room assignments', the 3 minutes of act 2 are also blurry.

Wicked | 2nd National Tour | June 23, 2013 | mp4 | Act 1 Only
Cast: Jennifer DiNoia (Elphaba), Hayley Podschun (Glinda), David Nathan Perlow (Fiyero)
Review: Shot from behind the conductor so you can see the orchestra! Very rare view, its very cool to see the show from this perspective. Amazing quality but there is a lot of spotlight washout on the actors. Jennifer is amazing in this video (as always) and she riffs like there is no tomorrow!

Review: Laurel Harris is an awesome Elphaba and her vocals are very unique, she is one of my favorites! Jenn is a great Glinda, her portrayal is amazing and it is so raw and real! Video runs approx 2 hours long, so it's not the complete show. Act One is complete except it's missing the Lion Cub scene and the Train Station Scene due to battery problems. Act Two is missing a tiny bit of the scene right before "I'm Not That Girl" reprise and the video ends after "No Good Deed". Nice video with a mix of full stage shots and closeups, some obstructions due to a pole and the Time Dragon Clock blocking high action.
There is also quite a lot of wandering so it doesn't really focus on one actor which makes me really dizzy!

Review: Highlights include: No One Mourns The Wicked, The Wizard And I, Sharing Secrets (from Popular), Defying Gravity (flying portion), I’m Not That Girl (reprise), As Long As You're Mine, No Good Deed and Finale. There is spotlight washout and the camera wanders off quite a bit due to aiming blindly. Camera does not focus when zoomed in so the picture is blurry at close-ups. Full audio is available for general trade. Michelle is an amazing understudy and her growls are incredible!

Review: One of Louise's best shows (includes her amazing "solo" riff), Gina seems a bit tired but overall a fantastic performance from the whole cast. Shot in 16:9 widescreen. Spotlight washout. Full stage shot, no zooms, recorded from front row. Act 2 cuts off before ‘For Good’. Picture in Act 1 is blurry due to not focusing.

Review: Beautiful HD capture with no obstructions. Still the best shape a Wicked tour has in a long time. I cant think clearly, but interesting moment in Dancing Through Life when Elphaba comes out with Ness, she is not wearing her glasses and I think she usually does. I found it amusing. Review: This was supposed to be a Kristin Chenoweth Concert but due to an illness the two stepped in which involves some great jokes about Kristin. Was really a sensational concert with wonderful vocals that must be heard and great stories. Songs include: All That Jazz, Back to Before, Ring Them Bells, Til There Was You, I Could of Danced All Night, Part of Your World (amazing riffs), The Wizard and I, Popular, Defying Gravity, For Good and I Will Never Leave You. The two have great chemistry and first time performing together.

Review: Act I is highlights only with a lot of obstruction and blackouts. The following songs/scenes are included; they're all full audio but the amount of actual video is noted in parenthesis: The Feeling We Once Had (30 seconds), Tornado Ballet (3 minutes), He's The Wizard (1 minute), Addaperle's Exit (30 seconds), Soon As I Get Home (30 seconds), I Was Born on the Day Before Yesterday (1 minute), Slide Some Oil to Me (30 seconds), Mean Ole Lion (30 seconds). Act II is full, no blackouts after the first couple minutes. There are some heads at the bottom of the screen in the wide shots or when the actors come to the very front of the stage, but all of the action is there. I used mostly wides and mediums to give you an idea of the sets, staging, etc., but there are some nice close-ups here and there too.

Review: A few heads at the bottom of the screen in wide shots, but otherwise beautifully captured. First performance of the strike, so a funny line change, from the master. This show is hilarious, this probably is my favorite 'hated' show on Broadway!

Review: Filmed during Cheyenne's month absence! Curtis was cute as button. Patti has so much energy and blew me away. Sensational performance and a lot of energy from the cast and audience. Occasional “stage searching”, and heads appear in the shot throughout. But overall a very nice video with some great crystal clear close-ups! (NOTE: Curtis wears the shortest shorts during the final number!)

Kuehn (Euterpe/Thetis), Jesse Nager (Terpsicore/Young Danny/Hermes/Centaur), Chauntée Schuler (Erato/Hera), David Tankersley (Specialty Skater), Amy Goldberger (Featured Skater)
Review: Filmed in 16:9 widescreen. Audio from external MD recorder which is very clear, except for the last 2 minutes or so of the video, which uses the video camera's built-in mic. (The transition should be fairly smooth and only detectable on headphones.) Almost no obstructions and very few blackouts (only in between scenes). Mix of close zooms and some wide shots to see the entire ensemble. This show is such hilariously awesome crack. I don't think I could ever get sick of it. Elizabeth Stanley and Max von Essen capture the essence of Clio/Kira and Sonny so perfectly well and they have fantastic chemistry together. The ensemble members are also really fun to watch. Some of their antics are worth the price of admission by themselves.

Review: Beautiful capture of 40th Anniversary of the show. Great direction and lights, for an English tour production! The only problem with this recording is that its missing The Sword of Damocles and there's some head obstruction during Time Warp because the audience were on their feet singing and dancing along.

Review: A great capture of Shoshana's third time as Elphaba. The quality is very fuzzy but the audio is good. Jennifer was very good in this performance. Shoshana was great in Defying Gravity, this recording also shows how effective the lift looks in Defying Gravity!

Cast: Shoshana Bean (st/by Elphaba) Jennifer Laura Thompson (Glinda) Joey McIntire (Fiyero), Carole Shelley (Madame Morrible), George Hearn (The Wizard), Michelle Federer (Nessarose), Christopher Fitzgerald (Boq)

Review: Proshot from the house camera. Mid-stage shot, so the entire set fills the entire screen.

Cast: Daniela Ranz (Elphaba), Liesl Lar (Galinda), Omar Muñoz (Fiyero), Laura Korl (Madame Morrible), Fernando Diaz (Boq), Ileana Muñoz (Nessarose), Hector Kori (Dr. Dillamond)

Highly recommend this show to new traders and Julia Murney fans!

Review: Megan's last on Broadway! Great show! Megan was spot on but she didn't do any high notes, Eden was also amazing but she got very pitchy during Defying Gravity. But above that this was my first bootleg that I watched! Amazing quality but due to the format it's not as clear as the VOB.

But there are some blackouts due to ushers.

Review: Amazing crystal clear quality! Idina is in her prime in this and adds some new riffs! I actually like Helen and think she is a hilarious and adorable Glinda! Adam was great and his costume in Dancing Through Life was super tight! But overall the whole cast was amazing!

Also, there is a lot of spotlight washout during Popular, I'm Not That Girl and Defying Gravity!

Review: Great show! Caissie adds some amazing riffs in The Wizard & I but her Defying Gravity is identical to the July 2 show! Kendra is hilarious as usual! Review: Both leads were played by understudies! Marcie was amazing but she got pitchy during Defying Gravity! Christeena was a great Glinda and she was hilarious! Review: Great capture of a great cast! Kerry may not be my favourite but she is still a great singer with her growls. She looks so happy in the Wizard and I and her melting scene was the best I have ever seen! Dianne can be very annoying but that just adds to the Glinda effect. Oliver is by far one of the best West End Fiyeros! But sometimes the video doesn't show some stuff such as Boq's Transformation.

Review: Great camera work, Good acting! Some blackouts at the beginning of each act. Carmen's The Wizard and I is outstanding! One of my favorite Carmen shows! Deedee is the best Nessa, she is such an amazing singer and actress! Katie's mic goes mute for a short time during the Train Station scene! This is most definitely one of my favorite Wicked bootlegs!

Review: Starts at flying portion of Defying Gravity and Act 2 is complete! Not the best quality I have seen but it has Cassidy and Sarah together! I really love Cassidy, I don't know why people hate her! Her last "ahh" note will always get me! A slight echo starts at As Long As Your Mine! Many blackouts and not that clear!

Review: Lisa and Annaleigh's first show in Chicago, Kristoffer's return. The acting and singing could not have been any better. Lisa was in top notch form. Annaleigh was beyond amazing with her amazing vocals and acting! And the rest of the cast was just on fire to! Annaleigh also hits the optional E6 in No One Mourns The Wicked!

Review: One of the best Wicked shows ever! It was Stephanie's last show ever and she really gave it her all! You will be amazed when you see this show by her sheer power and control! Review: Only full capture of Jennifer as Elphaba! She is such a wonderful Elphaba and I think she is better than Lisa! Her acting was amazing and she was always in character, this is most noticeable in the flying section of Defying Gravity! Annaleigh is hilarious as usual and during Popular she accidentally snorts while laughing and it surprises Jennifer so she laughs! Really good video, steady filming and the audio is great!

Review: A nice capture of the fairly newer cast of this production done during Kerry's trip to Broadway! Shot from the first row of stalls! Great quality but has no zooms and sometimes has spotlight washout! I am not a big fan of Alexia but this video makes you appreciate her more!

It's fixed at the end of No One Mourns the Wicked. Some spotlight washout occurs, but overall this one is a must have.

Review: Highlights include: Final part of No One Mourns the Wicked, Elphaba's enterance, One minute of room allocations, First few lines of What Is This Feeling?, Classroom scene, Popular and from the Wizard's chamber until the end of act 1; Defying Gravity. Lots of spotlight washout, especially in Popular and I'm Not that Girl. This recording also shows how the lighting gives a huge effect to how Elphaba looks when she is flying! First act highlights only. Shot from the first row center of the stalls. Sarah is very funny in Popular.

Review: This performance was a joy to film! Maria makes a great Elphaba and a great addition to the Wicked family! Lucy Shrerer is funny and ditzy as always but gets very emotional at times. Although I could not understand a word they were saying at the show, I still filmed and went to experience it. The lighting and performers were splendid! Barabara makes a great Madame Akaber!

Review: Katie's last show on tour! So sad! Katie wipes away tears at the end of NOMTW. For Good was definitely a tearjerker in this show! Popular is hilarious! Sometimes shaky but otherwise good quality! Some short blackouts during WITF, the Thrillifying News scene, and the beginning of WWOTE, but none lasts more than a minute; one head at the bottom center that gets in the way sometimes; little washout except for a little in some of the wides; excellent sound.

Cast: Dee Roscioli (Elphaba), Erin Mackey (Glinda), Kevin Kern (Fiyero), Rondi Reed (Madame Morrible), PJ Benjamin (The Wizard), Michelle Federer (Nessarose), Alex Brightman (Boq), Timothy Britten Parker (Dr. Dillamond)

Eden looked like she was sick but still gave such an amazing show! I thought she was really the Wicked Witch of the West! No One Mourns the Wicked till the Classroom scene is only sound but when there is video, it s very clear despite some spotlight washout. And there is a very emotional For Good. Awesome "As Long As You're Mine" in this show and a great "Wicked Witch Of Th East" from Brynn. Chandra's "Thank Goodness" and "Popular" were terrific in this show as well.

Review: Act 1 only. Finally a video of this brilliant cast (not to mentioned a rare opportunity to watch pregnant Rachel as Elphaba). Shot from the first row, no zooms and lots of washouts (as it's too lit, you can rarly see the faces, but good enough for people who knows the cast).

Wicked | 2nd National Tour | 2012 | mp4 | Highlights

Review: Renee's last show ever! She gave it her all and added some beautiful and creative riffs throughout! Highlights include: Populair, Ik lach om zwaartekracht, Dit Ene Moment, Short clip from the Catfight scene, 't is Nooit Goed, Door Jou Alleen, Finale and Curtain Call. The camera wanders a lot mainly during Populair and the video quality is quite fuzzy and when there are zooms it is quite shaky!

Review: Closing show of Wicked in the Netherlands! Amazing show! The cast was on fire! Missing the last half of Thank Goodness! And during the WWOTE there is a part missing and after that mostly blind filming! Sometimes the camera is at an odd angle, but still few zooms! Separate camera for curtain call and funny little cast video blooper at the end of the show.

Review: Amazing 16:9 capture in HD from the second row! Crystal clear quality with no zooms! The mp4 videos files are uncompressed so its extra clear! The vocals from the cast were superb and Louise is definitely one of the best West End Elphaba's ever! Full video apart from partway through "For Good" until after the melting which is audio only but then video is restored.

There is spotlight washout and the camera wanders off quite a bit due to aiming blindly. Camera does not focus when zoomed in so the picture is blurry at close-ups. Review: One of Louise's best shows (includes her amazing "solo" riff), Gina seems a bit tired but overall a fantastic performance from the whole cast. Shot in 16:9 widescreen. Spotlight washout.

Grade: A+
Xanadu | Cleveland | March 12, 2010 | VOB
Cast: Anika Larsen (Kira/Clio), Max von Essen (Sonny Malone), Natasha Yvette Williams (Melpomene), Annie Golden (Calliope), Larry Marshall (Danny Maguire), Kevin Duda (Thalia), Veronica Kuehn (Euterpe), Corbin Reid (Erato), Jesse Nager (Terpsicore), Amy Goldberger (Skater), David Tankersley (Centaur/Specialty Skater)
Review: This is a great video of the tour cast although it is quite shaky and there a a few blackouts here and there! The quality is blurry when there are zooms! And I prefer the Broadway cast!
