9 to 5 | UK Tour | Winter 2012 | VOB
Cast: Marlon Moore (Franklyn Hart), Jackie Clune (Violet Newstead), Natalie Casey (Judy Bernly), Amy Lennox (Doralee Rhodes), Bonnie Langford (Roz Keith), Mark Willshire (Joe)
Review: This production has a definite buzz about it and the design team queasily capture the feather-cut hairdos and the gaudy, man-made fibres of the 70s period. Amy Lennox plays the Parton character, Doralee Rhodes, with winsome charm and a nice sense of self-mocking mischief. Jackie Clune is bang on the money as the feisty office manager kept in a subservient position by her sexist boss, who’s played with deliciously malevolent creepiness by Marlon Moore. Look out for Bonnie Langford, in scene-stealing form as the office nark. She performs the dream ballet number which has been added to the UK production in which she fantasizes about her beloved boss with superb and hilarious aplomb, still singing when she is being precariously held upside down. There has been many changes from the US presentation, which really tightens the show. 9 to 5 is simply a delight to watch and I do hope that it will transfer to the West End really soon. An amazing capture in 16:9 wide-screen and Dolby Digital stereo sound. The only problem is towards the beginning, when a group of later comers walked in the theatre, and caused one drop out, which lasts 40 seconds. Other than that this is the most magnificent capture of 9 to 5 I have ever watched with action extremely well followed.

Review: Complete show, including pre-show speeches (audio-only). There is a head at the bottom sometimes, and a few obstructions a few seconds long (The person was damn fidgety!). Only one major obstruction, for less than a minute, during the bit before "What I Did For Love". Otherwise it's pretty decently captured - wide-shots for the dance numbers but nice close-ups when necessary, 16:9 widescreen. Electric and amazing performance by the whole Australian cast. Opening night.

The Addams Family | US National Tour | July, 2012 | ISO
Cast: Douglas Sills (Gomez), Christy Morton (u/s Morticia), Blake Hammond (Fester), Pippa Pearthree (Grandma), Courtney Wolfson (Wednesday), Patrick D. Kennedy (Pugsly), Tom Corbeil (Lurch), Martin Vidnovic (Mal), Gaelen Gilliland (Alice), Brian Justin Crum (Lucas)
Review: Amazing crystal clear quality! The show is hilarious and I am absolutely in love with it! The video quality is incredible! Christy's voice is great and I couldn't imagine anyone better than her! But there is one downfall, this video is in ISO format and that means that it can only be played with a Blu-ray movie player! Overall, a superb bootleg recording of The Addams Family that may take a while to start up!

Review: Excellent capture of the final equity performance. No obstruction, and only a little washout during high contrast scenes; video is a bit shaky here and there, but very watchable overall. Filmed in 16:9 with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. Great clear sound. Includes curtain call.

Annie | Singapore | July 25, 2012 | VOB
Cast: Ella Crossland (Annie), David McAlister (Oliver Warbucks), Su Pollard (Miss Hannigan)
Review: This is the UK touring cast, and 9 orphans were local kids. A heartwarming fun classic. Complete show (including curtain call), some shakiness between scenes, but mostly steady with a mix of close up and wider shots for dance numbers. There is a head at the bottom of the screen sometimes, but I filmed around it as much as I could. Widescreen. Minimal spotlight washout.

Cast: Jane Lynch, Anthony Warlow, Lilla Crawford, Brynn O'Malley, Clarke Thorell, J. Elaine Marcos, Sunny
Review: What people don't realize is that this is Jane Lynch's last performance! So it is very special! This video is an excellent HD capture of Jane in the role of Ms. Hannigan. Act 1 is beautifully captured, but missing the last 2 minutes. Act 2 is a blackout for the first 5 minutes and a mostly midstage for the rest of Act 2.

Review: I don't really like this cast, mainly because Cassidy wasn't in yet! But the video itself is filmed amazingly! Highlights includes: What Do You Do/It Sucks to Be Me, If You Were Gay, Purpose (partial, up to "something's coming, something good"), Everyone's a Little BitRacist, The Internet Is for Porn, Mix Tape, Special, Fantasies Come True, My Girlfriend Who Lives in Canada, There's a Fine, Fine Line. Cast: Edward Baruwa (Gary), Daniel Boys (Princeton/Rod), Christopher Fry (Brian). Cassidy Janson (Kate/Lucy), Rachel Jerram (Mrs T/Bear/Others), Candy Ma (u/s Christmas Eve), Alan Pearson (u/s Nicky/Trekkie/Bear)
Review: A solid capture of this amazing cast! My favorites were Cassidy, Daniel and Alan! The show was hilarious and the songs were so quirky! There are two brief blackouts due to latecomers being seated (after "Avenue Q" and "Purpose"), Kate's Empire State Building scene is dialogue-only, and the audience interaction part of The Money Song is cut. Also, the cartoons aren't filmed; however, if there's anyone present on the stage at the same time (Princeton often is), the character is filmed instead. Crystal clear quality video!

Review: A pretty good video of the tour of The Book of Mormon. The show was so funny. Gavin Creel was a super good Elder Price, my favorite. I don't why but after seeing Gavin in this role I can't imagine Andrew Rannels as Elder Price anymore. Jared was a hilarious Elder Cunningham. He had me laughing almost the whole show. Samantha Marie Ware was great as Nabulungi. Her Sal Tlay Ka Siti was so great. That song is one of my favorites from the show now. The rest of the cast was on top of their game. The video is quite fuzzy and sometimes blurry during zooms but it is still very watchable!

Review: Amazing 16:9 capture in HD from the third row! Crystal clear quality with no zooms! Videos filAmazing West End cast! Gavin is the best Elder Price in my opinion! Daniel was very good especially considering he is only a stand-by! Alexia was a great Nabalungi and her vocals were spectacular!

Review: AJ Holmes, a second Elder Cunningham understudy from the Book Of Mormon Chicago cast, came to New York as an emergency understudy. This was his last show on Broadway! Only the beginning of Act 2 till the end of 'Making Things Up Again'. The first 2 minutes are blacked out but after that there is video. Review: Great capture of this beautifully retooled revival. The performances were astonishing and the whole cast was senstational. Marin and Molly are pure perfection! The campiness has been removed from the show and there is such a sad and powerful story that remains. Minor blackouts during the beginning and some heads in the way sometimes.

Cast: Alice Ripley (Margaret White), Keaton Whittaker (Carrie White), Kendra Kassebaum (Miss Gardner), Larissa Schmitz (Sue Snell), Kody Bringman (Tommy Ross), Tessa Archer (Chris Hargensen).
Review: Beautiful HD capture of one of the final dress rehearsals. Top notch production and thrilling performances from Alice and Keaton, and the whole cast! This is quite a unique capture since it was the first time the blood was actually dropped. Based on the revised Off-Broadway version, and presented at the Balagan Theatre. Here are a few cool things that happen in this video: 1) After “Evening Prayers” there is a hold to change all microphone batteries, resulting in most of the song being run a second time (the sound check was removed and put as a bonus at the end of act two). 2) During the scene where Carrie is getting ready for the prom a microphone made a "farting" noise and Alice grabbed her butt and said "sorry" which made the cast and tech crew laugh. 3) The first attempt at dumping the blood on Carrie didn’t work, for the second attempt, it got into Keaton’s eyes, which resulted in Louis Hobson (the show’s director and Alice’s Next To Normal co-star) to come up on stage. 4) Alice didn’t have the rubber prop knife for the end, she had a real knife so she mocked stabbing Carrie.

Review: Directed by Brooke Shields; a fantastic capture of the Hollywood Bowl's yearly spectacle; show is completely intact from start to finish, filmed on a tripod so it's very steady throughout; first few minutes are a bit shaky and there's obstruction that blocks the actors' feet, but both issues are fixed after All That Jazz. Very little washout except in a few high-contrast wide shots; filmed in 16:9, with wides and mediums; no close-ups due to the distance from the stage; excellent sound; video includes curtain call.

Review: An excellent capture of the tour cast. Moya and Chester were the standouts here, but the whole cast was great. It was cool to see Syesha before she was in The Book of Mormon! The set's LCD panels are cleverly used, the costumes are exquisite, and the whole show flows very nicely. Filmed in a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups, with good zooms. There's almost no washout except in some of the wides. Occasionally there is a bit of obstruction from the railing, mostly in the second act. The first few minutes of the second act also wanders and shakes a little more than the rest of the video, but overall this is one of the best Dreamgirls bootlegs!

Review: Moya rocks the role of Effie and Margeret was amazing as Deena! A few minutes of black outs during "Cadillac Car" due to latecomers, missing a minute or two of "Press Conference" when the pause button on camera was accidentally pushed, mixed of full stage shots to capture choreography and video screens and close-ups. Great quality but there is some spotlight washout in the wider shots!

The angle of the shot is not superb, but the audio is terrific, including Caroline's very first Don't Cry for Me Argentina. The cast is pretty terrific, including a true stand out performance by Josh Young as Che in Act 2. I really enjoy the show. Caroline sounds terrific as Eva, but lacks a bit in the acting department. However, this is their first time out of the gate and I'm sure as they settle into their roles, they'll get even better!

Review: Excellent HD capture of this charming and fun show. Both Zachary and Krysta are adorable in the roles, as is the supporting cast! There is a two minute blackout about 20 minutes into the show while late comers came in. Also, Zachary is extremely attractive!

Cast: Nicole Parker (Fanny Brice), Josh Adamson (Nick Arnstein), Jean Kaufman (Mrs. Brice), Venny Carranza (Eddie), Helen Geller (Mrs. Strakosh), Gregory North (Ziegfeld), Carol Kline (Mrs. Meeker), Jill Van Velzer (Mrs. O’Malley), Micaela Martinez (Emma), Jamie Snyder (Tom Keeney), Christopher Roque (John, the Stage Manager), Erik McEwen (Ziegfeld Tenor).
Review: Presented by 3-D Theatricals at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center. When a pre-Broadway tour that was slated to start in Los Angeles was cancelled, 3-D Theatricals jumped on the chance to produce the show. Nicole Parker (who starred for 6 years on Mad-TV, and on Broadway as Elphaba in Wicked) has received rave reviews for her performance as Fanny, and is being looked at for the role in the on-again, off-again planned Broadway revival. Beautifully filmed and crystal clear with no obstructions.

Review: Beautiful capture and performance of this long awaited Broadway transfer! Richard and Caissie are terrific here and such great voices, Moya was great as Oda Mae! A pretty technical and imaginative production! Although the quality is nothing special, it's just like all the other videos!

Cast: Richard Fleeshman (Sam Wheat), Caissie Levy (Molly Jensen), Da'Vine Joy Randolph (Oda Mae Brown), Bryce Pinkham (Carl Bruner), Michael Balderrama (Willie Lopez), Tyler McGee (Subway Ghost)
Review: Great HD capture of the show toward the end of the run. Despite what the reviews said, this is one show I thoroughly enjoyed and wish it had a better life on Broadway as it deserved! I love seeing Da'Vine play Oda, she is most defiantly the best! And Caissie does the 'falling' riff!

Cast: Mark Evans (Sam Wheat) Siobhan Dillon (Molly Jensen) Sharon D Clarke (Oda Mae Brown) Andrew Langtree (Carl Bruner) Ivan de Freitas (Willie Lopez) Craig Stein (Subway Ghost) Ashley Knight (Hospital Ghost) Lisa Davina Phillip (Clara) Jenny Fitzpatrick (Louise)
Review: Amazing and stunning capture! The quality is so sharp and clear but there are some heads in the way! The cast was not so good! Mark and Siabhon didn't have a real connection! Mark was still the Fiyero I saw in Wicked! The rest of the cast was fine though! This is also one of the very last shows for Ghost on West End! The DVD menu is not working properly for some reason!

Cast: Stewart Clarke (Sam Wheat), Rebecca Trehearn (Molly Jensen), Wendy Mae Brown (Oda Mae Brown), David Roberts (Carl Bruner), Ivan De Freitas (Willie Lopez), Stevie Hutchinson (Subway Ghost)
Review: A magnificent HD capture of a truly outstanding production. The cast of this musical were absolutely fantastic and completely blew me away. Based on the 1990 smash hit movie the emotion is intense, but it’s one of the most popular love stories around and the stage version adds extra magic. The use of modern effects are astounding, proving that digital theatre can work whilst still keeping the tradition of a musical. Clarke and Trehearn are well-matched as the star crossed lovers – or should that be murder-crossed lovers – both have excellent voices and complement each other through all the life and death moments aided and abetted by their close friend Carl Bruner played with an evil intent by David Roberts. As with the big-screen equivalent, the big laughs and best lines were reserved for the fraudulent-turned-genuine psychic medium Wendy Mae Brown as Oda Mae, who did a fantastically over-the-top job of walking in Whoopi Goldberg’s huge footsteps.

Cast: Paris Remillard (Claude), Steel Burkhardt (Berger), Caren Lyn Tackett (Sheila), Phyre Hawkins (Dionne), Matt DeAngelis (Woof), Kacie Sheik (Jeannie), Darius Nichols (Hud), Kaitlin Kiyan (Crissy)
Review: Filmed very well with a mix of wide shots, close ups and medium wide shots. Very clear quality but there can be some spotlight washout during the wider shots. Very clear audio. There are also some blackouts scattered here and there. The show itself is very stange but enjoyable. For some reason it reminded me of Cats just without the actual cats and instead replaced with people from the 70's. Great music but the script could drag on sometimes.

Review: Great show! Amazing set! The whole cast was amazing! During 'You're Timeless to Me' I think there was some ad-libbing because they were laughing a lot and it doesn't seem like it was supposed to happen. Tevin has such an amazing, unique voice! He was also the voice of Powerline in 'A Goofy Movie'! Although I am not a fan of the actor who played Corny Collins. The filming was so amazing! Very clear quality!

Review: Third to last performance on Broadway, and only video recorded during Marissa and Harvey's final run. Tevin seemed stiff, you can tell when he dances! Quite a few blackouts, but none of them last for more than 30 seconds or a minute; filmed mostly wide and medium shots, with some close-ups; head in the way at times but taper films around it; some washout in the wides. Curtain call is included.

Spritzer/ Principal/ Mr. Pinky/ Guard), John Stamos (Corny Collins), Chyka Jackson (Little Inez)
Review: I love this video! The dream cast is amazing! The set might not be impressive but the voices were although Drew and John did go off pitch sometimes. Yet again Diana impressed me with her comedic skills and her raspy voice! Marissa is such a geeky Tracy which makes the show even more funny! Corbin and Nick were a great addition although Nick just simply can't dance! There is a head at the bottom right hand corner but appears rarely for a 2 second period, the video can get shaky during the zooms, there is some spotlight washout, the video is fuzzy especially during the zooms and there are sometimes comments being exchanged from the people next to the master! But above that this is a full show! From the National Anthem up until the actors/ actresses leave the stage! And yes this is ByeByeWicked's master!

Review: Jessica's last show from what I gathered! Amazing cast! I could only find out who the two leads were, I couldn't find the rest of the cast! Jessica (from Girls Generation) is an amazing Elle and she is such an amazing singer, she cries at the end! Kim is also very talented and I think he should sing more! The sets were different but I though they looked just as good as the Broadway sets! The video quality is crisp clear and the filming is steady with one zoom at the end but the camera sometimes goes out of focus but only for about 5 seconds! Miranda Sings Concert | Hollywood | January 28, 2012 | wmv | Highlights
Cast: Colleen Ballinger, Christopher Ballinger, Curt Mega, Matt Mattson, Tori Kelly, David Burnham
Review: Amazing set of highlights! One of the funniest concerts ever! Very well filmed, only gets shaky when the master starts laughing! The Hollywood audience makes this concert very easy to watch! My favorite part in this definitely has to be when she sings 'Think of Me'! I highly recommend this video to everyone! Highlights include: Intro, Pokerface, A Whole New World, It Takes Two, And I'm Telling You, Part of Your World, California Girls, Defying Gravity, Someone Like You, Seasons of Love, The Prayer, Think of Me, Taylor the Latte Boy, Climbing Uphill, Through You, Miranda Transformation Explained and Kissing You.

Review: Excellent HD capture of this great show. It was performed in the round in a "bar" setting, so the action takes place all over the theater. Great performances and some really great music. Caissie and Rebecca always perform with such gusto, beautiful to watch!

Review: MOV highlights of the first matinee performance of the 2013 US National Tour cast of Evita. Highlights begin at the top of Act 2 and run 40 minutes. Quality of the video is 720 HD.

A few heads get into the frame at times, but nothing that interrupts the action on stage! Crystal clear quality with no zooms! And just to clarify, this is the full video and not the highlights!

Matilda | Broadway | March 6, 2013 | VOB
Cast: Oona Laurence (Matilda), Bertie Carvel (Miss Trunchbull), Lauren Ward (Miss Honey), Gabriel Ebert (Mr Wormwood), Lesli Margherita (Mrs Wormwood), Taylor Trensch (Michael Wormwood)
Review: What a fantastic show! It is so quirky and different! My favorite musical since Wicked (but I still prefer Wicked) and that is the only time I have ever said that! The sets are amazing and so different! The choreography is so fun to watch since it is so...energetic! I know for a fact that this show WILL win Tony's! The recording itself is fantastic and the quality is crystal clear! But there are some minor blackouts! Filmed in 16:9!

Cast: Sophia Gennusa (Matilda), Bertie Carvel (Miss Trunchbull), Lauren Ward (Miss Honey), Gabriel Ebert (Mr Wormwood), Lesli Margherita (Mrs Wormwood), Taylor Trensch (Michael Wormwood), Ryan Steele (u/s Rudolpho), Jack Broderick (Bruce), Frenie Acoba (Lavender), Jared Parker (Nigel), Karen Aldridge (Mrs Phelps), Ben Thompson (Escapologist), Samantha Strum (Acrobat)
Review: Great show! Sophia was the youngest of the Matilda actresses and she was great! Well shot and mostly steady, a head appears at the bottom of the screen sometimes because the person in front kept leaning forward. Some wandering during Telly as the house lights were on.

Review: Great show with a very enthusiastic audience. There are heads at the bottom of the screen sometimes because people kept leaning forward and some shaky moments, but mostly a focused steady shot with nice close-ups.

Review: A full stage shot capture from the front row of the dress circle, in 16:9 widescreen HD, with no obstructions, though some tad washout. This could be counted as a house cam shot. Cast is on fire as usual.

Murder Ballad | Off-Broadway | July 13, 2013 | VOB
Cast: Caissie Levy, Jim Newman (u/s Tom), Rebecca Naomi Jones, John Ellison Conlee.
Review: Excellent HD capture of this great show. It was performed in the round in a "bar" setting, so the action takes place all over the theater. Great performances and some really great music. Caissie and Rebecca always perform with such gusto, beautiful to watch!
